The Conservation Fund provides financial support
to new and innovative electricity conservation initiatives designed to enable

The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport provide
project and operating grants to:
- Arts and cultural groups and other members of creative industries
- Public libraries, community museums, heritage organizations and historical
societies. Three museum advisors, one conservation advisor and one historical
resources consultant offer specialized advisory services to these grant
recipients and other Ontario museums and heritage groups. Their services include

readiness assessment. Eligible businesses must conduct business in a prioritized
sector, have at least $500,000 in annual sales, have 5 to 500 employees, supply
a reference from the Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation, and supply
professionally audited financial statements. This program is offered by the

Businesses in the geomatics, geology, mining,
forestry or energy sector can get up to $13,200 to hire recent university or
college graduates in science, engineering or business for internships of up to
52 weeks. In order to qualify businesses must hire and train an intern under the
age of 30, provide a work plan and budget (including the salary paid to the
intern), plan a project with a duration of 6 to 12 months, and supply at least
the same amount of money as you receive for the intern's salary.
