The Land Inventory Portal is designed to assist potential investors, businesses or site selectors identify properties for potential new locations, expansion or relocation of their operations in Simcoe County.
Assist with site selection process and lead Requests for Information (RFIs) process for new investment opportunities Assist with permit and approval process.
Increase the supply of shovel-ready employment lands.
Develop and maintain investment attraction materials including community profiles.
Provide information on labour, economic and government funding programs.
