Join the Local Immigration Partnership (LIP) for their Cultivating Diversity & Addressing Bias training, facilitated by the Harmony Movement, on March 18 from 9:30am to 12:30pm at the County of Simcoe SCS Orillia Campus.
This FREE employer training is designed to support employers in fostering inclusion and addressing inequities within the workplace.
- Learn the benefits of embracing diversity in workplace culture
- Examine beliefs and behaviors that impact inclusion
- Gain language and tools to recognize and respond to bias and discrimination
- Identify challenges their organization is currently facing that create barriers to equity and inclusion
- Explore best practices and strategies to implement sustainable equitable practices. equities within the workplace.
This workshop fulfills a part of the Simcoe County Local Immigration Partnership Workplace Inclusion Charter by equipping participants with the language, tools, and strategies to create welcoming environments for all employees.
