EDIA in the Workplace

This is a FREE* professional development workshop. Leaders and organizations will learn how to integrate EDIA principles into all aspects of their operations. Participants will learn how to align EDIA with strategic plans, mission, vision, and values. They will also learn how to enhance policies, procedures, and training with EDIA principles. The session will focus on people and human rights, using the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Occupational Health and Safety Act as key frameworks. Participants will engage in interactive discussions to learn how to apply EDIA commitments, improve complaint resolution, and tackle current challenges. The session will enable participants to build forward-looking strategies. 

This workshop will offer practical tools to identify gaps, assess risks and sensitivities, and design meaningful, sustainable solutions that keep human rights at the core of organizational growth.
