Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities

Persons with a disability could receive financial assistance for training to start a business and for living expenses while they learn. To be eligible an individual must have a permanent physical or mental disability, be unemployed or work less than 20 hours a week, be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant, and be unable to receive benefits.
