Empowerment Luncheon
Honour and celebrate the woman you are or demonstrate your appreciation for a woman in your workplace, family or circle of friends with offering to treat them. Brandi Ferenc is the owner and CEO of Fair-Trades Toolbox she is an HVAC Mechanic/Gas Fitter 1 Journeyperson as well as an HVAC instructor and Mentor for women in skilled trades and apprentices. Brandi has won several awards but most notably in 2022 & 2023 she received the WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women Top 100 award in the skilled trades category.

For 20 years Brandi has shared her experience to educate, mentor and inspire women about the career paths available within the skilled trades. Her vision is to continue to break the bias for women in skilled trades, and to be the voice of advocacy for the inclusion of women in this industry.
